My name is Lailah and I am so glad you’re here! If you have found my About page - it tells me you want to know a little bit more about who I am and how I might be able to help. To understand me, I need to share a little back story. Real Estate is not my first career - I spent thirteen years serving as a prosecutor with the City and County of San Francisco and found tremendous fulfillment helping people find closure and justice. After Covid and adding a third spirited daughter to the mix, I knew I needed to find a profession that allowed me to use the skills I spent my career developing - communication, strategy and negotiation - in a new and different way. In this second act, I have loved being able to leverage my training and expertise to help people achieve fulfilling milestones and accomplish their personal (and financial!) goals.

If I’m not helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, I am busy wrangling three daughters alongside my husband Ryan. He is a local architect who has built a service forward architecture firm on the Peninsula. Everything I’ve learned about running a small business has come from his expertise building Morris Architecture!

When I began in real estate, interest rates had spiked and the market seemed to have ground to a halt. $200,000,000 in real estate sales later, and I haven’t looked back!
